I have realised again that I won't be having a obligation free month soon, and that I have to work around my social, work and other obligations if I want to succeed.
The following month is pretty relaxed with only a hunting trip this Thursday to Sunday - the rest will be pretty relaxed and there are not to many parties on the horizon.
I will call this the 8 - 8 Challenge, as I will be doing it from the 8th of July until the 8th of August.
I have decided to use everything I have learned on my diet journey, and rather than googling a new diet and workout plan, I have created my own, and I will stick to these rules and see what happens in the next month.
Here is what I want to do:
- 5 Cardio sessions of at least 35 minutes from Monday to Sunday
- 4 weight/gym Workouts from Monday to Sunday
- Drink Water
- Go Low Carb High Protein
- Eat Breakfast
- Cut the Sugars
- Protein Shakes
- Blog More
That is it, I will be posting my starting weight tomorrow morning and let's see what happens during the month.
